We Don’t Manage HOAs — If You Have a Rental Property, That’s Different

If you landed here looking for HOA homeowner resources, an HOA portal, or a company that manages your homeowners association: that’s not what RENEW does.

RENEW Real Estate Services does not manage HOAs. We don’t run board meetings, collect association dues, enforce covenants, or host an HOA homeowner portal. Those are association-management jobs, and we leave them to companies that specialize in that work.

What we do instead

If the property in question is a rental home — a house, duplex, or similar residential investment — that’s our work.

A lot of people mix the two up. Living in an HOA and owning a rental are not the same thing. RENEW works for rental property owners in Nashville and Middle Tennessee who want the house leased, maintained, and reported on without managing it themselves.

For residential rentals, we handle:

• Pricing, marketing, and showing the home
• Screening and placing residents
• Leases, move-in, and security deposits
• Rent collection and resident communication
• Maintenance coordination with licensed vendors
• Owner reporting and portal access
• Renewals and make-ready between residents

If your home is in an HOA and you also rent it out, we can still manage the rental. We just don’t manage the association itself. You (or your HOA manager) stay responsible for dues, architectural rules, and association issues. We stay responsible for the tenancy.
