Maintenance Info

Simply log into your tenant portal to enter your maintenance request and we will address your maintenance issue. Including photos of the issue will ensure we can get the right person assigned quickly to fix the problem. If it is an emergency that requires immediate attention, please call 615-800-8490 and then press 4 to reach the maintenance call center.

If this is a life threatening emergency, call 911 immediately.

Important

Tenants are responsible for maintaining their rented property and preventing damage due to negligence or misuse. This includes repairs for plumbing stoppages caused by improper disposal, broken windows/doors from carelessness, damaged appliances due to misuse/neglect, excessive flooring/wall damage, and pest infestations stemming from uncleanliness. Tenants bear the full cost of labor and materials for such repairs, which may result in a charge to your account. To avoid these charges, tenants should carefully read their lease, promptly report maintenance issues, use the property as intended, and maintain cleanliness.

Release of Key

If you do not authorize a release of a key to a vendor, you will need to be available to give the vendor access to the property. Some vendors and certain repair work may require that you be present for the service call.
