We Don’t Manage HOAs or Serve as Your Association’s Management Company

If you are an HOA board member looking for a management company, a board portal, budget help, vendor bidding for the association, or someone to run the next annual meeting: RENEW is not that company.

RENEW Real Estate Services does not manage homeowners associations. We don’t collect association dues, prepare HOA financials, enforce covenants, staff board meetings, or host a board-member portal. Association management is a different job from residential rental management, and we don’t do both.

When RENEW is the right call

If you — or someone on your board — also own a rental property, that’s the work we do.

RENEW manages houses, duplexes, and similar residential rentals for owners in Nashville and Middle Tennessee and we are really good at it! We lease the home, screen residents, collect rent, coordinate maintenance, and report back to the owner. We do not manage the HOA that home may sit in.

That split matters. A rental inside an HOA still has two layers:

• The association: dues, rules, common areas, architectural approval — not RENEW
• The tenancy: finding a resident, the lease, rent, and property condition — that is RENEW

For residential rentals we handle:

• Pricing, marketing, and showings
• Resident screening and placement
• Owner-protective leases and move-in
• Rent collection and resident communication
• Outstanding Work Orders/Service Requests
• Maintenance with licensed vendors
• Owner reporting and portal access
• Renewals and make-ready between residents
