We get this question more than you’d think: Can RENEW manage my office building, retail space, or other commercial property?

Short answer: no. RENEW Real Estate Services is a residential property management company. We manage houses, condos duplexes, small multi-family properties for Nashville-area investors. We do not manage commercial properties.

That isn’t a brush-off. Commercial and residential are different businesses — different leases, different tenant expectations, different maintenance, different accounting. We stay in the lane we’re built for so residential owners get a specialist, not a company stretching into work it doesn’t do every day.

What RENEW does handle

If the property is a residential rental, that’s our work.

We manage Nashville and Middle Tennessee homes for owners who want the property leased, maintained, and reported on without doing it themselves. That includes:

• Pricing and marketing vacant homes
• Showing and placing screened residents
• Owner-protective leases and move-in
• Coordinating repairs with licensed vendors
• Owner reporting and portal access
• Renewals and make-ready when a resident leaves

The goal is straightforward: keep good residents longer, protect the house, and give you a clear picture of how the investment is performing.
